Rusted Teal and Green Scarf

A favorite technique is printing rusted iron onto directly onto dyed silk scarves.  There is actual cold iron imprinted on the silk scarf.  It is set onto the scarf using nontoxic, eco-safe materials and processes. The luster and sheen of the metal remain on the scarf even through use and gentle washing.
 
This rusted scarf is made from light weight, smooth silk habotai.
 
Measuring 8" x 54", it gives a bright accent piece to any outfit, and also works great as a hair band. 
 
Hand dyed with non-toxic dyes and natural fixatives.
 
Hand wash with cold water and mild soap, hang dry.
